The drum and the cover are made of carbon steel, which is resistant to impacts and wear. A gasket helps prevent leaks and is made of EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, which is resistant to heat, water, and wear. The drum has a storage capacity of 10 gallons, weighs 15 lb., and measures 17" high and 14" in diameter. The wall of the drum is 0.9 mm thick.This product meets ASTM International criteria for carbon steel. It has United Nations (UN) specification markings of 1A2/X120/S for solids and 1A2/Y1.8/150 for liquids.
