After continuous use for a period of time, copper will oxidize the bronze color. If you want to maintain the original color, you may need polish the surface regularly. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils on the surface of non-stick pan. It is not recommended to use steel ball, grinding cleaner or oven cleaner.
