Gulfstream Allstar Mounds 6" Pro - 6" Portable Pitching Mound

The Allstar Mounds 6" Pro was created to fill a need that we’ve heard from many of our customers looking for the perfect 6” practice and bullpen mound for kids between 8 and 12 years old. The original Allstar Mounds 6" is great, but some kids need extra room to stretch out their stride and reach their full potential. The Allstar Mounds 6" Pro is the answer! This mound is 101” long, 66” wide, and 6” tall where the pitcher stands in front of the pitching rubber and weighs approximately 150 lbs. From the pitching rubber to the front edge of the mound, the pitcher has 70” of total stride distance, so no need to hold back! The pitchers foot will land back on the mound at the end of their pitch. This mound has a thin edge all around, so it will lay almost even with the field and will not move around while the pitcher is going through his motion. This pitching mound comes with a replaceable 24" x 6" pitching rubber that is secured by three bolts. We can use an 18" x 4" pitching rubber instead if needed, by special request. We use the highest quality sports turf we can find, 60 ounce knitted nylon Astroturf that comes in fourcolors - Clay, Green, Tan, or Dark Brown. No wood or styrofoam used in this product, our mounds are all fiberglass and composite materials that will stand strong over time. No special maintenance or storage requirements. You can store these in any position, including standing up on their edge, or you can leave them outside year around. These mounds are completely weather resistant. Allstar Mounds have a full 5-year warranty on the fiberglass shell, this does not cover the natural wearing of the turf over time.
